Finally finished. Beer has been brewed, box made and stained, coasters made and acetoned, and label designed and mocked up.

Tofu lentil mushroom burgers for dinner on a slice of cabbage topped with a newly invented (by myself) spicy avocado spread. Its so rewarding to cook for yourself when your food actually turns out good.
I think the thing that really makes this dish sing is the avocado spread, I’ve been putting it on a lot of things lately and it just adds this incredible punch of flavor. It starts off with a soft creaminess of the avocado, then you can taste the tartness of the lime juice, followed by a kick of heat from the spices….this blend of goodness is the most flavorfully well round food that I’ve ever made.
I know this may sound like bragging, but I’ve been cooking for months now and my food has generally not been very good. So, now that I finally made something pretty tasty I feel the need to report it. Its my first real triumph after all of the other concoctions that have failed so miserably.
